From the foot of the White Tanks
Waddell is the last green strip before the desert turns into ridge. We work that whole edge — half-acre and acre-plus lots in Waddell and the unincorporated land north toward the regional park, the master-planned communities in Surprise, the older custom homes in Litchfield Park, and east through Peoria into Glendale. The route is short on purpose. We know which neighborhoods get hit first by a monsoon haboob, where the decomposed-granite drives need a heavier blower, and which streets the city actually picks up green waste on.

Built for big lots
Most landscaping outfits are built for HOA lots. They quote you a city rate, see the property, and quit. We come out of Waddell where the lots are big by default, so this is the work we do every day — long drip runs, mature mesquites, granite that needs a real blower, and pasture edges that need a string trimmer that won’t quit twenty feet in.
Zero-turn cuts on the open run, walk-behind on the fenced sections, string trim on the pasture line. We don’t scalp the lawn in July to make the next visit easier.
100+ feet of drip on a back-bed acre will fail somewhere — emitter, valve, or a tooth from a javelina. We diagnose by zone, not by guess, and we carry the parts with us.
After an August cell, an acre property looks like a debris field. We do same-week storm recovery — branches, palm fronds, mesquite-pod sweep, post-rain weed flush before it seeds.
Where we go
From Waddell at the foot of the White Tanks, north into Surprise, east through Peoria and Glendale, and south into Litchfield Park. If your address isn’t on the map but is close, just ask — we’d rather walk it once than turn it down over the phone.
How it works
We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.
We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.
You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.
Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

Most of these are weekly customers. The lawn looks like this between our visits — that’s the point.

In their words
Some of the long-time customers who put up with us showing up every week, rain or shine.
Issaha showed up the same morning every week through July and August. The yard never went to seed even after two big monsoon cells. Fair price and he answers his phone.

We have an acre in Waddell and most crews quote me a city rate and then quit when they see the property. Issaha walked the whole thing first and gave me an honest number. Six months in and the place looks tended again.

Trimmed three big mesquites for us before monsoon season and they came through the August storms with no broken limbs. Cleaned up everything and hauled it off the same day.
