Services

Everything we do —in plain English.

We’ll quote any of these on-site. The price you get is the price you pay — no surprise add-ons, no upsells.

  • Lawn Service

Weekly or bi-weekly mowing on Bermuda or rye — sharp blades, edges every visit, walks blown clean before we leave the property.

Bermuda kept short through summer and rye overseed in October when the homeowner wants green-through-winter. We change cut height by season so the lawn keeps moisture in the 110° stretch and never gets scalped. Edged at every visit, decomposed-granite drives blown clean. Larger acreage routes priced by the property — call for a walk-through.

  • Edging & Trimming

Clean, deliberate edges along beds, walks, and decomposed-granite drives — and string-trim around fences, posts, and pasture lines.

Power-edged borders that hold the line for the full week, careful trim work around obstacles a mower cannot reach, and a final pass with the blower so nothing carries over to the patio, the pool deck, or the road.

  • Desert Bed Maintenance

Granite kept weed-free, drip emitters that actually emit, and natives pruned at the right time — sage, lantana, ocotillo, palo verde.

Hand-pulled weeds out of the decomposed granite (no glyphosate near edibles or pastures), seasonal pruning timed to each plant — lantana hard-cut in February, sage tipped after bloom, ocotillo left alone — and a granite top-up where the bed has thinned.

  • Monsoon & Cleanup Days

Post-monsoon branch and palm-frond pickup, mesquite-pod sweep, weed flush after the August rains, and a property reset before the snowbirds land.

After a haboob or a monsoon cell, the property looks rough. We clear blown-down mesquite and palo verde limbs, rake out the pool fence, hit the post-rain weed flush before it sets seed, and have things back to baseline before the next storm.

Starts at $220 · per visit

  • Irrigation & Drip Repair

Spring start-up, summer adjustments, drip-line repair on long acreage runs — and we fix the broken head you keep meaning to call about.

Seasonal start-up, head and emitter replacements, broken-line repairs on 100+ ft drip runs that exurb properties always have, controller programming, and a walk-through with you to make sure every zone is hitting what it should.

  • Tree Trimming

Mesquite, palo verde, ash, and citrus shaped — not topped. Palm-frond skirting and date-palm cleanup before monsoon season.

Desert trees pruned the way they want — central leader maintained on mesquite and palo verde, dead-fronding on Mediterranean fans before they become a wind hazard, citrus thinned for airflow. We leave the canopy structure intact, not stubbed.

  • Stump Removal

Grind-out and haul-off — including the half-dead mesquite stump nobody else wanted to touch.

Stump grinding to 6 inches below grade, root-crown sweep, backfill with native soil or decomposed granite to match the surrounding bed, and the chips hauled off the property — not piled at the curb.

Starts at $125 · per visit

  • Granite & Mulch Installation

1/4-minus decomposed granite in tan, brown, or salmon — and hardwood mulch where you want it, installed at the right depth.

Bulk-delivered DG or bagged hardwood mulch, hand-spread to a consistent depth around plants and trees with a clean edge against the lawn. We pull last year’s clumped mulch out first if it needs it, and we reset the bed contour while we’re in there.

Most weekly customers add cleanups, mulch, and the odd hardscape job — there’s usually a flat-rate way to handle that.
